Collaborations
Programing Tools
For the development and visualization of the COVID-19 data we used:- R-Software: The primary programming language used for data analysis and statistical computations was R. Its comprehensive libraries and packages facilitated data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Data Repository: This set of scripts are responsible for cleaning COVID-19 data obtained from various sources. It ensures the data is accurate, formatted correctly and available for the public to use.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing R, these scripts perform required statistical analyses, including trend assessments and data aggregation.
Data Sources
- Data Collection and Integration: We gather data from trusted sources such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and various national health ministries.
- Ministry of Heatlh and Family Welfare
- Karnataka Media Bulletin
- InCovid19
- GisAid - Tracking of hCoV-19 Variants
- Data Analysis and Visualization: We used R language to generate interactive charts, maps, and dashboards from complex data sets
